Scrum Master - Remote, Washington, DC

Duration: 4+ months

Seeking for a dynamic Scrum Master with strong leadership and communication skills to guide our teams in Agile practices and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direction to development and testing team members.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies and oversee work and release management.
• Manage the entire Scrum process, maintaining Scrum artifacts and tools.
• Support change management efforts and recommend process improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technology or software development.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with DevOps, Agile methods, and work management tools like Version One.
• Deep knowledge of software development cycles and testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevSecOps and Agile Scrum.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and processing.
• Mainframe knowledge is a plus.

Education:

• Degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field is preferred.
