Stealth Solutions is seeking a skilled and proactive Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across Salesforce and enterprise modernization projects for public sector clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring teams deliver high-quality increments consistently. 


This is a hybrid position, and candidates must reside in the DMV area to support occasional in-person client and team engagements. 


Key Responsibilities 


  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives 
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices and ensure alignment with client delivery frameworks 
  • Track team progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools 
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and issues; recommend mitigation strategies 
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog 
  • Promote transparency through dashboards, burn-down charts, and status reports 
  • Support cross-team coordination across developers, architects, analysts, and QA 
  • Ensure sprint deliverables meet acceptance criteria and contract requirements 
  • Foster continuous improvement and a collaborative team culture 
Required Qualifications 


  • U.S. Citizenship required 
  • Must be eligible to obtain a federal security clearance 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3+ years working as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery 
  • Proven experience supporting technical delivery teams 
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe 
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills 
Preferred Qualifications 


  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP 
  • Experience supporting Salesforce, CRM, or cloud modernization projects 
  • Experience supporting federal or public sector programs.
