Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and servant-leadership practices.· Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives.
  • Ability to remove impediments and improve team productivity and collaboration.
  • Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
  • Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and reporting.
  • Certification preferred: CSM, PSM, or equivalent.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices to ensure effective delivery of business goals.
· Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile values and principles.
· Work with the Product Owner to help maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.
· Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted team progress.
· Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.
· Track and report Agile metrics to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
· Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and ownership within the team.
· Support team members in adopting Agile mindsets and self-organizing behaviors.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
· Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and coaching.
