Client: Banking/Financial
Position Title: Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master
Location: Jersey city, NJ- Hybrid onsite 3 days
Contract Length: 12 months
Pay Range: $75- $80
Required Skills
- Looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE)/Scrum Master in Financial Services
- Experience managing agile release trains
- Experience working as a Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer
- Experience in using scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe)
- Track record of transforming teams to Agile/Kanban techniques in different work cultures and environments
- Experience running agile programs of varying size and complexity
- Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
- SAFe Release Train certification preferred
- Experience managing agile release trains at large organizations
- Experience implementing or managing agile at financial organizations
