JD:
• 15+ years of IT experience and 8+ years of Scrum master experience
• Strong agile knowledge and agile tools like Rally, JIRA etc
• Manage project scrip and timeline. Coaching team members in Agile framework
• Co-ordinate different agile ceremonies and multiple cross functional teams
• Resolve conflicts and enable on time delivery with quality
• Excellent communication and team player
• Domain knowledge in banking and risk management is a plus
• Scrum master certification is a plus
