Scrum Master with Project Management experience to lead the organization's transformation from traditional
Waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within the Capital Markets division.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who can guide teams through organizational change while actively contributing to the development and implementation of a new Agile framework.
Responsibilities- Lead the transition from traditional Waterfall methodologies to Agile practices across the Capital Markets organization.
- Serve as Scrum Master for newly established Agile teams.
- Help stand up and structure new Scrum teams.
- Implement and support SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across the organization.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Partner with Project Managers, Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments that impact team delivery.
- Support organizational change and adoption of Agile methodologies.
- Apply project management expertise to ensure initiatives remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with strong Project Management experience.
- Front Office Capital Markets experience is required.
- Hands-on experience transitioning organizations from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
- Experience establishing and supporting new Scrum teams.
- Strong knowledge of SAFe / Scaled Agile Framework practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams in a complex Capital Markets environment.
