Scrum Master

IDR is seeking a Scrum Master to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role is ideal for a seasoned Scrum Master looking to support agile teams within a large organization focused on technology solutions. The position involves facilitating scrum processes, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement for multiple software development teams.

Position Overview for the Scrum Master:

• Facilitate the effectiveness of scrum teams within a specific business value stream.
• Ensure adherence to agile values, principles, and practices during sprint ceremonies.
• Assist product owners with backlog refinement and support team velocity forecasting.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and resolve external dependencies affecting team success.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to advance agile maturity across teams.

Requirements for the Scrum Master:

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Experience with multiple frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, Nexus, and Scrum at Scale.
• Certification such as CSP, CSM, or PMI-ACP (highly preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead distributed scrum teams effectively and manage offsite team members.
