- Need someone senior
- not a coach only mentality
- resource needs to live in Charlotte (easy access to our Charlotte building)
- basic knowledge of AI
- can get up to speed quickly on things
- resource needs to be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Knowledge and familiarity of Jira, as well as team metrics: Flow, WIP, Velocity, throughput, etc.
Tech stack that teams work on that might make sense for a Scrum lead to have some knowledge on. I think these would be a nice to have, not must have:
- AWS
- GitHub
- Dora, deployment frequencies
