Introduction
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to partner with program leadership on a high-priority transformation initiative focused on redefining CRM workflows and driving full ownership of solution delivery. This role will lead cross-functional teams in defining clear data and UI requirements to enable intuitive, insight-driven pre-call and post-call experiences with minimal friction for field users. The ideal candidate will guide agile execution from requirement refinement through wireframing, ensuring solutions support structured planning, seamless execution, effective follow-up, and reduced administrative burden. Experience leveraging modern data and AI-driven frameworks is preferred to deliver scalable, user-centric outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and engage stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, assess risks, and develop solutions.
- Proficient in Jira and PPM software.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Pharma GxP software development experience preferred.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist the team in defining sprint goals, planning tasks, and estimating effort for each sprint.
- Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, helping them to understand and adopt Scrum methodologies.
- Identify and remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration of projects.
- Facilitate sprint retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable plans to enhance team performance.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team performance and project progress.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
