Key Responsibilities
Scrum Master Responsibilities (50%)
Support and coach up to two Scrum teams in Agile and Scrum best practices
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
Sprint Planning
Daily Stand-Ups
Sprint Reviews
Retrospectives
PI Planning activities
Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization
Remove obstacles that may impact team productivity or delivery
Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
Foster a collaborative, transparent, and psychologically safe team environment
Help resolve team conflicts and improve overall team effectiveness
Serve as a liaison between Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams
Monitor team health, delivery progress, and adherence to Agile principles
Project Management Responsibilities (50%)
Manage projects from initiation through implementation and delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and initiatives
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, workstreams, and status reporting
Own project risks, dependencies, issue management, and escalation processes
Manage project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, and resource planning
Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, Product Owners, technology teams, and vendors
Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives
Conduct project meetings and provide executive-level updates and communications
Track and manage vendor deliverables where applicable
Assess project challenges and implement solutions to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction goals
Team & Environment
Agile environment with established Scrum teams and ceremonies already in place
Support for up to two Scrum teams simultaneously
Scrum team sizes typically range from 5–10 team members

Leadership Partners
Vendor interaction will vary based on the initiative
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Proven experience serving in both Project Manager and Scrum Master capacities
Strong experience managing projects from planning through execution and delivery
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and project management best practices
Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
Experience driving issue resolution and risk mitigation across complex initiatives
Ability to build trust and influence across technical and business teams
