Scrum Master - Hybrid (Fulltime)

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum master’s in enterprise IT / software delivery environments
• Demonstrated experience coaching 2–3 concurrent Agile teams in Scrum and/or Kanban
• Strong working knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) — PI Planning, ART-level coordination, cross-team dependency management
• Proficiency with Jira (including Jira Plans / Advanced Roadmaps) and Confluence
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies in a multi-application portfolio environment
• Ability to work onsite in Columbus, IN at least 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification
• Advanced certifications: A-CSM, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality IT domains
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks and value-driven delivery metrics (cycle time, lead time, throughput)
• Experience with Power BI dashboards, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint collaboration
• Prior experience working in product-centric or Power-cell operating models
