    Job Title: Scrum Master (Healthcare) Experience: 8-12+ Years Scrum Master Experience: 5+ Years (Healthcare Domain - Mandatory) Location: Onsite Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile and SAFe frameworks, specifically within the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who can effectively guide Agile teams, facilitate PI Planning, and ensure smooth delivery of program objectives while driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Agile Leadership Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams in a healthcare environment Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews Retrospectives Backlog Refinement Drive Agile maturity and ensure adherence to Agile/SAFe best practices PI Planning & Program Coordination Lead and support PI Planning activities, including: Planning readiness and coordination Dependency identification and management Risk assessment and mitigation Ensuring execution alignment and follow-through Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Owners, Architects, and Stakeholders Team Enablement & Governance Coach teams on Agile principles, SAFe practices, and continuous improvement Identify and remove impediments and blockers impacting delivery Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively Tracking & Reporting Monitor and report Agile metrics, including: Velocity Sprint burndown/burnup Predictability Sprint health Provide visibility into delivery progress and team performance Mandatory Skills & Experience Minimum 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in Healthcare domain Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe frameworks Proven experience in PI Planning and program-level coordination Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams Strong understanding of: Agile delivery models SDLC Metrics and governance Certifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Advanced CSM - Mandatory SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA) - Preferred Additional Agile/Lean certifications are a plus Good-to-Have Knowledge of Healthcare systems (Claims, Enrollment, Member, Provider workflows) Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA awareness)
