The IT world is fast paced and changes direction quickly. We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master who understands that fast paced IT world and the complex demands to plan and manage projects and programs with cross functional scrum teams to deliver.

Required Skills:

The candidate came up through the IT project ranks and has run scrums. Major Duties/ Requirements:
Proven 'hands on guide' to scrum teams as they transform from Waterfall to Agile Thoughtful, fast, and disciplined in executions
Experience in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures
Experience working with agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
Knowledge of other methodologies other than Agile/ Scrum, such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall, etc.
5+ years as a Scrum Master for software development
Demonstrate mentoring, leadership and display the behaviors (walk the talk) that come with the key mindset shifts associated with agile methods
Develop, implement and manage team metrics, evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements
Capture feedback and continuously improve enterprise Agile guidance, training materials, and content
Enterprise Portfolio Planning and Management based upon previous management of large size, complex projects to achieve key business objective goals
BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will have deep experience implementing projects and programs with at least five or more years' experience as a Scrum Master.
She/he has a deep understanding of the technical world for application development, infrastructure, and digital omni-channel projects.
He/she will understand how applications interact with the expanding range of platforms from traditional servers, data centers to cloud and 'smart' devices.
You are comfortable working on highly visible, high-impact projects. While you are not currently programming or configuring devices, you have the experience from previous hands on work to personally understand how the teams get the job done. Now, you leverage your experience to deploy apps, enhanced features and functions that run a modern business.
You are a natural leader who can drive a complex IT project and/or multiple projects simultaneously running calls/ meetings, driving agendas, following up on details, preparing executive level presentations, and assisting with activities to control project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and financials. Your communication skills are crisp, confident and polished with IT/business stakeholders, executive leadership and the dev team.
Looking for a senior level technical project professional with deep domain understanding delivering projects in a multi-national enterprise environment.
The successful candidate will have experience both as the hands-on operations scrum master running an Agile team as well as the Agile coach, guiding and mentoring the team, stakeholders and dependent teams on Agile roles, rituals, meetings, processes and any cultural and methodological issues which occur when transforming from a Waterfall to an Agile delivery model. In general, this role is responsible for driving a large-size IT program and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
Along the way, you will draw from your background to drive the key items such as project scope, schedule, risks, issues, quality and financials.
The expectation for crisp, clear communication is high as you will work with not just the team in the room but with IT/business stakeholders and executive leadership.
