    Job Summary

    • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
    • Work closely with Software Engineers, Tech Leads, Architects, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Analysts
    • Understand the complete SDLC from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
    • Facilitate technical discussions and help teams identify dependencies, risks, and technical blockers.
    • Understand application architecture, APIs, microservices, databases, integrations, and cloud environments at a working level.
    • Coordinate development, QA, UAT, release, and production activities.
    • Ensure technical debt, refactoring, defects, security requirements, and infrastructure work are appropriately represented in the backlog.
    • Support teams in adopting engineering best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
    • Sprint & Release Management Coordinate sprint planning and track progress against sprint commitments.
    • Monitor velocity, capacity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, throughput, and other Agile metrics.
    • Identify schedule risks and communicate them proactively.
    • Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate with other Scrum Masters and technical teams.
    • Support release planning and deployment readiness.
    • Track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and action items.
