Scrum Master Brokerage Cash Analytics Implementation

This role will partner closely with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, client technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendor implementation teams to remove delivery impediments, manage dependencies, improve team effectiveness, and ensure successful execution of implementation milestones. Support Agile Coaches, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and program leadership with Agile assessments, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and program-level coordination activities.

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the implementation of a third-party Brokerage Cash Analytics platform for a large wealth management client. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile delivery across cross-functional teams responsible for data onboarding, system integrations, testing, security, and implementation readiness.
This role will partner closely with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, client technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendor implementation teams to remove delivery impediments, manage dependencies, improve team effectiveness, and ensure successful execution of implementation milestones.
What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Program Increment (PI) Planning activities
• Support one or more Agile teams delivering implementation workstreams related to data integration, business readiness, testing, security, and production deployment
• Partner with the Product Owner to ensure backlog readiness, facilitate sprint planning, and maintain alignment between business priorities and delivery objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across business, technology, infrastructure, security, data engineering, and vendor implementation teams to ensure timely delivery
• Identify, track, and proactively remove delivery impediments by collaborating with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and other Agile teams
• Facilitate effective communication between client teams and vendor implementation teams to ensure issues, risks, and dependencies are resolved efficiently
• Monitor sprint progress, team capacity, velocity, and delivery metrics to identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Maintain visibility into implementation milestones, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to program leadership
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement while fostering a collaborative, transparent, and psychologically safe team environment
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production readiness, and implementation planning by coordinating activities across business and technology teams
• Facilitate release planning, implementation planning, and deployment readiness activities in coordination with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying delivery bottlenecks, improving team processes, and promoting Agile best practices across the implementation
• Support Agile Coaches, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and program leadership with Agile assessments, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and program-level coordination activities
• Contribute to the Scrum Master Community of Practice by sharing lessons learned, implementation best practices, and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master supporting enterprise technology implementations or large-scale Agile delivery programs
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for cross-functional teams delivering integration, data, or enterprise application implementations
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Agile teams while effectively managing competing priorities and cross-team dependencies
• Experience coordinating delivery across business, technology, infrastructure, security, data, and third-party vendor teams
• Proven ability to identify, manage, and remove delivery impediments while proactively escalating risks when appropriate
• Strong facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience tracking Agile metrics including sprint progress, velocity, burn-down charts, capacity, and delivery forecasting
• Proficiency with Agile delivery tools including Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent collaboration platforms
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex implementation activities across multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Wealth Management, Brokerage, Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services organizations
• Experience leading Agile delivery for third-party SaaS or vendor platform implementations
• Familiarity with enterprise data integration, APIs, ETL processes, file-based integrations, and data onboarding activities
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation readiness, and production deployments
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience participating in Scrum of Scrums, Program Increment (PI) Planning, and Release Train activities
