    Description

    Job Title: Certified SAFe Agile Scrum Master
    Mandatory Skills: SAFe agile Scrum Master certified
    Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
    • Guide teams in Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and plan releases
    • Identify and remove blockers to team progress
    • Track metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown) to improve team efficiency
    Requirements:
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
    • 3+ years' experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
    • Strong communication and facilitation skills
    • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
