Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams and the organization using Agile/Scrum best practices and methodologies.
• Assess and enhance the Scrum maturity of teams, ensuring a sustainable pace of improvement.
• Remove impediments or guide teams in overcoming obstacles.
• Facilitate team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Support internal and external communication to improve transparency and information flow.
• Assist Product Owners in grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Engage in agile delivery using best agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, etc.).
• Provide servant leadership and lead by example.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience with Change Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferences

• Experience in identifying and building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Familiarity with agile tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience in creating and maintaining product timelines, status reports, and communication plans.

This is a remote position with flexibility for on-site work based on the candidate's preference. Unfortunately, relocation assistance is not available.
