Scrum Master

Location: Atlanta, GA
Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams in a healthcare environment.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive Agile maturity and ensure adherence to Agile/SAFe best practices.
• Lead and support PI Planning activities, including planning readiness and coordination, dependency identification and management, risk assessment and mitigation, and ensuring execution alignment and follow-through.
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Owners, Architects, and Stakeholders.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, SAFe practices, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments and blockers impacting delivery.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Monitor and report Agile metrics, including velocity, sprint burndown/burnup, predictability, and sprint health.
• Provide visibility into delivery progress and team performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Ability to handle and manage multiple teams.
• Basic technical knowledge of Databases (DB) and APIs.
• Experience with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
• Experience in PI Planning and presenting.
• Experience in stakeholder reporting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Healthcare domain (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Agile Methodologies & Scrum Framework.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAFe Framework (Scaled Agile).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PI Planning & Program Increment Execution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Program-Level Coordination & Dependency Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Metrics & Reporting (Velocity, Burndown, Predictability).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cross-Functional & Distributed Team Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SDLC & Agile Delivery Models.
