Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance expertise to lead Agile practices for our GenAI team. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure seamless collaboration between business and technical teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader for Agile teams working on GenAI solutions in the P&C insurance domain.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to optimize team performance.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the insurance domain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be SAFe Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Property & Casualty insurance projects.
• Proven track record of managing technical projects and leading Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and release management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Advanced certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFE, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of DevOps, GitHub, Rally, non-prod and prod environments.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices.
