Job Title : Scrum Lead & Project Manager
Location : Phoenix, Dallas or Columbus
Duration : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $37- $49/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Lead & Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary products involving embedded systems, hardware/software integration, and web-based interfaces. This role requires strong leadership, structure, and decisiveness in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in coordinating and managing dependencies between embedded systems, firmware, hardware, and web/software teams
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with ERP and workflow systems
- Proficiency in analytics and structured reporting
- Ability to drive alignment and decision-making in ambiguous or high-pressure situations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and drive the delivery of complex projects
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage project delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Ensure compliance with payments industry regulations
