Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile squads delivering enterprise initiatives within Financial Services.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including:
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Grooming
- Retrospectives
- Scrum of Scrums
- Fleet Demos
- Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlog.
- Drive sprint execution and ensure timely delivery of committed objectives.
- Remove blockers, risks, and impediments impacting team productivity.
- Track team metrics, velocity, burndown, sprint health, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain Jira boards, dashboards, workflows, and overall Jira hygiene.
- Support quarterly planning (IBR), roadmap execution, strategic initiatives, modernization efforts, and hygiene tasks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across business, technology, QA, release management, and operations.
- Manage release planning, deployment tracking, and change management activities.
- Create and manage Remedy change requests, proposals, and deployment tasks.
- Monitor production releases and ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Conduct Agile maturity assessments and coach teams on best practices.
- Prepare status reports and provide transparency to leadership on risks, progress, and dependencies.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager.
- Banking / Financial Services domain Strong experience in the .
- Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and ceremonies.
