Responsibilities: Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams on Agile principles.
Skills: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), strong communication and leadership skills.

" senior SM with Agile experience, and in particular Agile transformation
" PM experience, so that the SM can take on PM duties, and/or grow into them
