Job Title: Scrum Master 4 –SCRUMM4
Location: Atlanta, GA 30308
Duration: 08/17/2026 –07/31/2029
Pay Rate: $74.25/hr
Shift Timings: 1st shift (Monday–Friday)
 
Job Description:
The Scrum Master will help Agile teams deliver projects successfully by coaching teams, facilitating Scrum meetings, removing blockers, and improving delivery processes. The role requires strong Jira skills and experience working with Project Managers, Product Owners, and technology teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Scrum meetings like Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices.
  • Help teams improve productivity and delivery.
  • Remove blockers and track project risks.
  • Work with Project Managers and Product Owners to meet delivery goals.
  • Maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Track progress and provide visibility to stakeholders.
  • Encourage teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.
     
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methods.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira (boards, workflows, reports, dashboards).
  • Experience working with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and remove team obstacles.
 
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Scrum certification preferred (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with large enterprise technology teams.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience with Agile metrics and reporting.
 
Travel:
  • Less than 10% driving required for meetings or planning events.
