Scrum Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Manager to lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive the successful delivery of projects. The Scrum Manager will act as a servant leader, ensuring Agile best practices are followed while fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.

• Remove impediments and blockers that impact team productivity and project delivery.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.

• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and key Agile metrics.

• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.

• Support Agile transformation initiatives and organizational adoption of Agile methodologies.

• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.

• Prepare and present project status reports and Agile performance metrics to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum Master, or Scrum Manager roles.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, Kanban, and Lean principles.

• Experience facilitating multiple Agile teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.

• Ability to analyze metrics and drive data-driven improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification.

• Experience managing distributed or remote Agile teams.

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.

• Experience in Agile transformation and scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
