Scrum Manager
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Manager to lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive the successful delivery of projects. The Scrum Manager will act as a servant leader, ensuring Agile best practices are followed while fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.
Remove impediments and blockers that impact team productivity and project delivery.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.
Track sprint progress, team velocity, and key Agile metrics.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment on project goals.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
Support Agile transformation initiatives and organizational adoption of Agile methodologies.
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
Prepare and present project status reports and Agile performance metrics to leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum Master, or Scrum Manager roles.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, Kanban, and Lean principles.
Experience facilitating multiple Agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.
Ability to analyze metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience managing distributed or remote Agile teams.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
Experience in Agile transformation and scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
