Role Summary: We need an experienced Agile Lead/Scrum Lead to drive agile delivery for a cutting-edge mobile + hardware ecosystem. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams building:
- Native mobile/watch apps
- Scalable cloud backend
- Data infrastructure
- Customer support tools
Ideal Candidate:
- Servant leader with 5+ years in agile software delivery
- Experience with connected products (IoT/mobile/cloud)
- Strong at removing blockers, fostering collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Leadership:
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
- Track progress using JIRA/Confluence, manage dependencies
- Ensure alignment with program milestones
Delivery Coordination
Oversee development of:
- iOS/Android apps (BLE, real-time data, firmware updates)
- WatchOS/WearOS apps (standalone functionality)
- AWS microservices (APIs, auth, analytics)
- Data pipelines (ETL, ML-ready datasets)
- Admin tools (Zendesk integrations)
Team Collaboration:
- Work with hardware engineers, UX designers, DevOps, and external partners
- Foster continuous improvement and psychological safety
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 5+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Coach (software teams)
- Experience with mobile/IoT/connected devices
- Knowledge of BLE, OTA updates, AWS microservices
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, agile reporting
- Strong facilitation & servant leadership skills
- CSM/SAFe certification (preferred)
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in consumer hardware/digital products
- Self-starter who can wear multiple hats
