    Description

    The Scrum Coordinator will act as the bridge between the customers and the
    development team throughout the project life cycle. The Scrum Coordinator will work
    directly with the customer and development team to ensure that all project-based
    communications are clear. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing
    development backlogs and active sprints, coordinating with the customers and
    development team to keep the development process moving. In addition to facilitating
    the process for our system development, the ideal candidate will be extremely
    organized, punctual, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
    This position reports to the company's CEO.
    Interface with customers, scrum masters, and development teams.
    Maintain development meetings and user stories to ensure projects are
    prioritized.
    Coordinate with customers and development teams by managing schedules,
    filing important documents and communicating relevant information
    Promote ownership and organization to improve the efficiency of the
    development team.
    Review the development backlog and ensure that customer priorities are moving
    through the workflow as scoped.
    Inform customers of unforeseen delays or issues.
    Assist development teams to help maintain the product backlogs and ensure that
    they are ready for future sprints.
    Conduct product post-go-live retrospective meetings to help improve the quality
    of future User Stories and development.
    All other duties assigned

    Relevant work experience with a proven track record in successful project
    management with cross-functional teams demonstrating superb planning and
    organizational skills.
    Experience in a role on a cross-functional team with successful project execution
    demonstrating strong planning and organizational skills.
    Experience demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, analytical, and financial
    modeling skills.
    Experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications;
    effective interpersonal skills; strong formal presentation abilities.
    Experience enabling customer workflows and operations
    Experience working with development teams to build new functionality and
    improve existing system architecture.
    Experience assisting in developing a quality assurance and support issues as
    they feed into stories for Agile development.
    Work with operations and client-facing groups to define any required system
    development to onboard new workflow
    Desired Skills:
    Scrum Certification preferred
