Scrub Assistant-Surgery-FT-2nd shift

Qualifications: Education: A high school diploma or GED and, Successful completion of a certification-eligible training program no later than 90 days from date of hire; Successful completion of a non-certification-eligible training program no later than 90 days from date of hire and preferred minimum of One year experience. Overview: Responsible for the delivery of patient care by applying skills and techniques common to the practice of Operating Room Technician.

Overview:

Responsible for the delivery of patient care by applying skills and techniques common to the practice of Operating Room Technician.  The Operating Room Technician functions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and performs tasks related to patient care. 

Qualifications:

Education: A high school diploma or GED and,

1. Successful completion of a certification-eligible training program no later than 90 days from date of hire;
2. Successful completion of a non-certification-eligible training program no later than 90 days from date of hire and preferred minimum of One year experience

Licenses/Certificates: Current BLS certification within initial 90 days of employment; Certified as an Operating Room Technician preferred
