REQUIREMENTS: SCRM Process Development Project Manager • Project Management Institute (PMI), or other nationally recognized Program Management Certification • 10+ years of experience in project management roles, experience leading supply chain management projects
- Demonstrated experience successfully performing the PM role for one or more complex initiatives combining business process and automation solutioning
- Proven track record of success leading through influence, coordinating change, effective communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with supplier risk assessment, business continuity planning, and incident response
- Practical experience scenario modelling, as-is business practice assessments or related roles within large-scale, functionally diverse organizations Proven track record of developing and implementing effective project teams, delivering on time and within budget, with positive stakeholder reviews
- Demonstrable analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills, JOB DESCRIPTION: SCRM Process Development Project Manager Our client is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Project Manager to lead the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM). This role will drive the SCRM innovation and improvement project through the development of a clear business process framework, supporting technology roadmap and implementation of the defined solution.
Key Responsibilities: SCRM Process Development Project Manager • Guide the P&S SC Risk Management project from start to finish, in line with Executive and subject matter expert direction.
- Serve as the central point of contact responsible for setting goals, managing budget, establishing timelines, and coordinating the various business area teams, ensuring the final product meets all requirements and is delivered on time. Basic responsibilities include but are not limited to: SCRM Process Development Project Manager • Planning & Scoping: Defining the projects objectives with inputs from P&S SC leadership, setting clear milestones, and creating a concrete roadmap.
- Budget & Resource Management: Tracking expenses to ensure the project stays within budget and ensure the team has the necessary materials and personnel.
- Risk & Blocker Removal: Identifying potential issues before they happen and stepping in to resolve roadblocks that slow the team down.
- Team Leadership: Assigning tasks based on team member strengths, motivating the group, and maintaining momentum.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keeping business area leads, SC executives, and team members updated on progress and project health.
- Apply subject matter expertise to guide the team members in development of a comprehensive supply chain resilience strategy meeting the following requirements:
- Aligns with the Sector's supply chain risk and resilience goals and objectives
- Establishes a common risk monitoring frameworks and early warning system across all 6 federated business units, and integrates with client Corporate construct to drive incident response planning and business continuity for supply chain disruptions across the business sector
- Leverage analytics and modeling for forecasting of potential supply chain disruptions and impacts, and reporting on key risk indicators and resilience metrics
- Apply technical understanding to meet the needs of the business
- Lead cross-functional teams and SMEs through influence; operate with a high level of autonomy
- Demonstrate communication and presentation skills sufficient to convey modeling progress updates to Sector and Business Unit supply chain leaders and executives EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: SCRM Process Development Project Manager • Expertise and experience in complex, aerospace and defense Supply Chain organizations.
- Experience working with international parties and within international cultures, especially Europe.
- Familiarity with aerospace and defense regulatory requirements and commercial industry standards for supply chain resilience
- Advanced certifications in supply chain risk management (e.g., APICS, ISM, RIMS)
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 77238
