BRING ART TO LIFE ON GARMENTS THROUGH SCREENPRINT.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Under the direction of the Screenprint Lead and Trainer, this role supports the Machine Operator by helping prepare the press for screenprint decoration, pulling garments to place on the dryer, and completing machine clean-up and prep for the next order.

Each day brings bright colors, fun products, and fresh artwork for customers from sea to shining sea, so you are not seeing the same order twice. This is a hands-on, active production role for someone who enjoys teamwork, repetitive tasks, detail, and keeping the press moving safely and efficiently.

PAY + SCHEDULE

Location: Longmont, CO. This is a full-time, onsite role.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM.

Pay: $17.00 per hour.

Growth: This role can build skills in screenprint production, press support, job set-up, teardown, ink handling, equipment clean-up, and production safety. Advancement opportunities vary by department and business need.

A TYPICAL DAY

  • Help with job set-up and teardown at automatic screenprint presses.
  • Remove and clean screens, squeegees, flood bars, and other press materials after use.
  • Replace screens and ink for each order while supporting smooth press changeovers.
  • Return inks to the correct storage location and notify ink mixing when ink is needed.
  • Pull garments, place garments on the dryer, and support the Machine Operator as needed.
  • Identifyand clean equipment after press use to keep the area ready for the next job.
  • Follow safety practices,identify issues, and work with the team to resolve safety concerns according to OSHA standards.
  • Work actively with others to get the job done and support other responsibilities as directed.

SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but notrequired.
  • Previousproduction, manufacturing, warehouse, screenprint, or machine assistant experience helpful but not required.
  • Able to work well on a team and support the Machine Operator throughout the shift.
  • Reliable, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to takedirection well.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive hands-on tasks for several hours.
  • Able to stand and stay active for 8 to 10 hours per day.
  • Positive, safety-minded, and ready tojump in where needed.

Employee must be able to read, write, understand, and follow work instructions, order details, production expectations, and safety procedures. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability, communication, dependability, judgment, following direction, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

CONTINUOUSLY: Stand and perform active production tasks throughout the shift.

FREQUENTLY: Push, pull, reach at, above, and below shoulder height, and perform repetitive hand and arm motions while supporting the press.

OCCASIONALLY: Walk, climb, balance, bend, twist, crawl, lift, or carry materials weighing 10-50 lbs. with assistance or equipment when appropriate.

NEVER: Sit as an essential function of the role.
