This role partners closely with Creative, Production, and cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver screen creative needs while balancing production capacity and project scope. The Screen Producer supports the Lead Screen Producer in the creation, production, and delivery of screen imagery while ensuring consistency and accuracy of UI across product imagery.

Job Description
The Screen Producer supports the Lead Screen Producer in the creation, production, and delivery of screen imagery while ensuring consistency and accuracy of UI across product imagery. This role partners closely with Creative, Production, and cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver screen creative needs while balancing production capacity and project scope.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day screen creative and production process, including briefing, tracking, quality assurance, course correction, and delivery.
• Partner with the Lead Screen Producer to build product-specific UI knowledge.
• Work with the Screen Creative team to manage and track screen creative requests across functional teams.
• Direct the Screen Content Program Manager on daily screen production priorities.
• Provide guidance on screen imagery requests, ensuring accuracy and proper approval processes.
• Collaborate with Creative, Producers, and Production teams to support successful project delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to new ways of working.

 
Requirements

• 5–8 years of production experience in a creative agency.
• Experience with marketing content execution and experience design localization.
• Strong ability to build relationships with creative and production teams across advertising, video, interactive, print, and retail.
• Experience managing production across print, interactive, and video media.
• Project management experience in an advertising agency, production facility, or similar environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
• Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
