Job Title: Screen Printing/ Shop Assistant
Location: Kingston, NY
Pay: $16.00 – $18.50 per hour BOE
Schedule: Full-time,  Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM- 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

We are looking for a Screen Printing / Shop Assistant to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone
who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and contribute to the success of our screen printing operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Inspect and check the quality of prints to meet our high standards.
• Count and verify incoming garments daily to ensure they match purchase orders.
• Stack, fold, and box garments for shipping or storage.
• Count and label boxes accurately, reporting any issues to the appropriate team members.
• Break down screens off the press and clean squeegees, floodbars, and other equipment.
• Assist in the setup of screen printing jobs, including selecting and organizing colors.
• Support with any additional shop tasks or needs to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Eager to learn
• Communicative, with effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Can communicate in English and Spanish
• Willing to take on varied tasks and help wherever needed

Physical Demands
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes (40 to 50 pounds)
