CBL Custom Apparel is a fast-growing screen printing and embroidery company serving schools, businesses, and local organizations throughout the region. They are looking for a Screen Printing Press Operator to join their production team and help deliver high-quality custom apparel for local and national clients. If you're experienced in screen printing and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Operate automatic and manual screen printing presses
- Read and inspect customer work orders before production begins
- Identify potential issues and communicate with the team to prevent production delays
- Troubleshoot print quality and production issues
- Perform daily machine cleaning and routine maintenance
- Make adjustments to improve print quality and production efficiency
- Maintain quality standards and production deadlines
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of screen printing experience
- Experience operating screen printing equipment; M&R and Workhorse experience preferred
- Knowledge of screen printing best practices, heat transfers, and embroidery processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Basic math proficiency required
- GED or High School Diploma preferred, but not required
