The Automatic Press Apprentice is positioned to become an Automatic Press Operator. During training, you’ll learn the screen printing process from a world-class production team. You’ll work directly alongside our Press Operators, Production Manager, and Post-Production Team to keep production moving by assisting press operators by pulling shirts off the press and loading them onto the dryer. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that teaches you the foundations of screen printing from the ground up from the best.

What You’ll Do- Unload garments off the press
- Assist the Press Operator with screen set up and production runs
- Monitor print and garment quality
- Keep the press area clean and organized
- Hands-on training on real production runs
What We’re Looking For- Willingness to learn, take direction, and show dedication
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in varying temperatures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Have reliable transportation
