What You'll Do as a Screen Print Machine Operator:- Set up and operate screen printing machines, ensuring proper alignment, color, location, and design accuracy
- Place garments on screen printing pallets accurately and consistently
- Follow job specifications and mix ink as needed to achieve accurate colors
- Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for quality and correct issues that do not meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning screens and equipment
- Work with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs
What You Need to Bring to the Screen Print Machine Operator Role:- No experience required; training is provided
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to twist, turn, pivot, squat, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic math and computer skills
- Good manual dexterity and ability to detect slight differences in colors
- Ability to work safely in a high-volume production environment with production noise
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
