    Position Overview
    The Bradley Group is hiring Production Machine Operators for a manufacturing operation in the Greer, SC area.

    We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals who are comfortable working around production equipment and interested in learning a specialized manufacturing process. Previous experience with this specific type of equipment is not required — training will be provided.

    This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and takes ownership of the quality coming off their machine.
    Responsibilities
    • Set up, adjust, and operate specialized production and finishing equipment according to job requirements.
    • Load and unload products and materials while ensuring proper placement and alignment.
    • Prepare production materials and supplies according to established specifications.
    • Monitor equipment throughout production runs and make routine adjustments to maintain quality and consistency.
    • Complete start-up and pre-production checks before beginning each job.
    • Inspect finished products for proper appearance, placement, consistency, and overall quality.
    • Identify issues such as alignment problems, surface defects, inconsistent application, or other production concerns.
    • Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot routine operating issues.
    • Escalate mechanical or equipment problems that require advanced maintenance or repair.
    • Clean equipment, tools, fixtures, and work areas between production runs.
    • Complete basic changeovers when transitioning between products or jobs.
    • Maintain organized production materials and supplies at the workstation.
    • Follow established procedures when working with production chemicals, cleaning materials, and other manufacturing supplies.
    • Follow all safety procedures and properly wear required PPE.
    • Complete production documentation and communicate any quality or equipment concerns to leadership.
    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to recognize when a machine or process is not operating correctly.
    • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to follow specifications and repeat processes consistently.
    • Willingness to learn new equipment and production methods.
    • Ability to transition between different products, setups, and production runs.
    • Strong attendance and reliability.
    • A sense of ownership over both production quality and output.
    • Ability to work independently while also supporting the overall production team.

    Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, printing, production, equipment operation, automotive work, maintenance, setup/changeover work, or another hands-on mechanical environment is a plus.

    Direct experience with the equipment used in this role is not required. Training will be provided.
    Available Shifts
    Multiple shifts are currently available:
    • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
    • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
    Pay
    $23.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift.
    Work Environment
    This is an active manufacturing role that requires standing, walking, operating equipment, and working at a production line for the majority of the shift. The work environment can be warm and includes normal manufacturing noise.

    Employees will receive hands-on training in the equipment and production processes used within the department. As operators develop their skills, they can take on greater responsibility for equipment setup, troubleshooting, quality, and production performance.

    Individuals who demonstrate strong mechanical ability and an interest in equipment may also have opportunities to advance into more technical production or maintenance-related positions.
