Now hiring for a Screen Press Machine Operator

Location: Jonesboro, AR

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Day

Job Duties

• Operate fully automatic and semi-automatic press equipment.
• Review work orders and job specifications before beginning production.
• Gather and prepare necessary materials for each production job.
• Set up press equipment according to job specifications.
• Monitor machine performance throughout production runs.
• Make adjustments as necessary to maintain consistent quality and accuracy.
• Learn to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve minor press equipment issues.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Inspect finished products to ensure established quality standards are met.
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Communicate equipment issues, production delays, or quality concerns to supervisors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/warehouse setting is a plus.
• Ability to read basic work instructions, labels, and safety signs.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Physically able to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs).
• Reliable, on time, and ready to work every day.
• Willingness to learn new machines or processes.
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and respect for safety and coworkers
