SCN Program & Compliance Director

A growing healthcare program is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented SCN Program & Compliance Director to take ownership of program operations and regulatory compliance. This opportunity is ideal for a professional who enjoys researching detailed requirements, understanding complex guidelines, and translating them into clear, practical procedures.

The director will develop a thorough understanding of SCN requirements, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure that program operations and reporting remain aligned with applicable guidelines. Strong judgment, organization, and follow-through are essential to keeping the program efficient and compliant as it grows.

This position also involves leading approximately 20 employees, including two supervisors, providing clear direction and accountability across the team. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to accurate, consistent program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of SCN program regulations and requirements.
• Research and monitor regulatory updates that affect the program.
• Interpret complex guidelines and translate them into clear operational procedures.
• Oversee daily program operations and ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee program reporting for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with requirements.
• Lead approximately 20 employees, including two supervisors.
• Communicate procedural changes and compliance expectations to the team.
• Identify operational or compliance gaps and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain clear procedures and documentation to support consistent program execution.

• Leadership experience with the ability to take full ownership of a program.
• Exceptional reading comprehension, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong research skills and the ability to understand complex requirements.
• Ability to translate regulatory guidelines into practical operational procedures.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
• Ability to oversee multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Healthcare, Medicaid, or regulatory compliance experience strongly preferred.
