    Tactical PlannerAre you passionate about turning complex supply chain challenges into seamless product availability for patients? As a Tactical Planner at Novartis, you will play a critical role in ensuring the right products reach the right markets at the right time. Partnering across manufacturing, logistics, quality, commercial, and global supply chain teams, you will drive production planning, inventory optimization, and lifecycle initiatives that directly support business performance and patient access.     Key Responsibilities:Sales and Operations PlanningRequirements:3//ERPSAP(GMP) : ? https://www.novartis.com/about/strategy/people-and-culture: https://talentnetwork.novartis.com/network: https://www.novartis.com/careers/benefits-rewardsKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain master production schedules to balance demand, capacity, inventory, and service targets.Lead supply planning activities and support the Sales and Operations Planning process.Monitor customer demand, manage supply commitments, and resolve supply constraints proactively.Coordinate product launches, transfers, changes, and lifecycle projects across cross-functional teams.Optimize inventory levels and planning parameters to improve supply performance and operational efficiency.Drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes, systems, and planning practices.Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, quality, and commercial stakeholders to ensure reliable product supply.Requirements:More than 3 years experience as a scheduler/material planner in the production planning/supply chain field.Native-level Japanese and Business-level English proficiencyProven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.Experience using enterprise resource planning systems, preferably SAP, for planning and operational activities.Working knowledge of GMP requirements and regulated industry environments.Experience in areas other than supply chain (sales, manufacturing, quality) is preferred.Be aware of fake job advertisements and job offersNovartis is aware of employment scams which make false use of our company name or leader's names to defraud job seekers.
