As a Senior Scientist - Body Care, you will manage and deliver technical projects within the Body Care category, acting as a strong technical partner to both internal teams and customers. You will apply IFF fragrance technologies to create high-performing, stable, and innovative solutions that meet consumer needs and support commercial success.
Where You'll Make a Difference
Lead and manage technical projects for the Body Care category from concept through execution
Provide technical expertise on fragrance performance, stability, and formulation
Partner with Integrated Creative & Development (IC&D), Commercial, Operations, and Global Regulatory Affairs teams
Build strong technical partnerships with customer development teams
Apply and adapt IFF fragrance technologies to deliver value-to-market solutions
Promote IFF tools, innovations, and capabilities to customers
Uphold laboratory safety, data management, and documentation standards
Contribute technical insights to category strategy and innovation pipelines
What Makes You the Right Fit
Advanced scientific background in fragrance, formulation science, or a related discipline
Experience leading complex technical or scientific projects
Understanding of regulatory, sustainability, and supply chain constraints
Knowledge of consumer and market trends in Body Care
Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
