Description

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Associate Scientist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA, 19002.Details of the position are as follows: 
 
Job Description: 
  • Pay: $36.36.hr to start!
  • 1 year contract to start with the possibility of extension or conversion based on budget and performance.
  • Standard day shift, Monday-Friday, onsite position.
  • Position will mainly be responsible for performing analytical testing of drug products using HPLC/UPLC, dissolution, and other analytical techniques, conducting chromatography and spectroscopy data analysis, interpreting analytical results, and presenting findings to the team in a timely manner.
  • Responsibilities also include reviewing and documenting analytical data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GMP/GLP requirements, troubleshooting analytical methods and instrumentation, and supporting laboratory investigations as needed.
  • Position will also be responsible for maintaining accurate laboratory documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytical testing processes.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelors, Masters, or PhD is required!
  • Experience with liquid chromatography (HPLC, UPLC) IS REQUIRED.
  • Experience with dissolution/analytical chemistry methods is required.
  • Experience within a GMP/ Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Experience with UV Spectroscopy is preferred.
  • Experience with Empower or other CDS such as openlab or chromeleon is preferred.
  • Experience with an ELN is preferred.
