  • Interpret experimental outcomes, propose appropriate follow-up studies, and effectively troubleshoot experimental challenges.

  • Assist in the design and execution of non-routine experiments using CKD and cardio-renal-metabolic (CRM) in vivo models.

  • Conduct exploratory experiments with minimal supervision and contribute to the development of new research approaches.

  • Comply with applicable regulations, including IACUC governance, and perform all work in a safe, ethical, and compliant manner.

  • Contribute to the preparation and revision of protocols and procedures.

  • Provide scientific input for reports and study documentation.

  • Ensure all data are reported, handled, and interpreted with a high level of integrity and scientific ethics.

  • Participate, as needed, in a weekend/holiday rotation to support business operations. Scheduling is flexible and will not require weekend coverage every week.

Weekend/Holiday Support

This role includes recurring weekend support to maintain business operations. The schedule is flexible and will not require work every weekend; participation will be coordinated with the broader team rotation.
