The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance activities in a clean manufacturing setting. Work will include inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of all systems within the company facilities. The position will perform work in one or more of the following maintenance trades;carpentry, electrical, electronics, plumbing and HVAC.

Essential Functions
•Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs throughout the facilities, manufacturing areas, laboratories, and grounds.
o Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building and manufacturing equipment.
o Initiate, complete, and close out work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
o Schedule and escort outside service providers
o Respond to emergencies, participating in the rotating on-call program
•Follows all Standard Operating Procedures and assists with updating as needed.
•Maintain documentation in accordance with Department SOPs and GMP requirements.
•Perform other duties as assigned
•All employees are responsible for the general upkeep of work and shared spaces
•Punctual and regular attendance is required of all employees
