    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time School Position

    El Paso, TX | 2026–2027 School Year

    Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based role in Austin for the upcoming school year.

    This position offers a consistent schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact working directly with students.


    What You'll Do

    • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting
    • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Work with students on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
    • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
    • Maintain documentation and compliance with school guidelines

    Work Schedule & Setting

    • Monday–Friday schedule aligned with school hours
    • No evenings or weekends required
    • School holidays and breaks off
    • Structured caseload within a supportive team environment

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Active Texas SLP license (or ability to obtain)
    • ASHA CCCs preferred
    • CFs encouraged to apply
