New full-time opening for a School-based Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026-27 school year. You'll work in the vicinity of Desoto, TX in the DFW area of Texas. Using primarily a pull-out therapy model, your work with students on speech and language deficits, attend ARD meeting and collaborate with other professionals to help your students do their best!   Previous experience or fieldwork in pediatrics or school-based therapy, working with children in a therapeutic setting, treating children with speech therapy needs communicating/collaborating with a team on evaluations and treatment plans, and working with EMR or IEP online documentation systems are all desired skills for this role. We welcome new graduates who are interested in working with kids!   Key Details:   *You will be responsible for providing therapy services, conducting assessments, planning interventions, and collaborating with educators and families within the educational environment. *Full time role, 38.5 hours per week *Start date is 8/13/26, end date is 5/26/27 *Exact school caseload will be discussed at interview, likely a combo of a few schools, early applicants get first pick!     Qualifications:   *SLP-CCC'S  *TX SLP license  *School-based experience highly preferred *Bilingual in Spanish is needed for one of the three openings   You can expect to earn approximately $2250 per week based on experience
