Pay rate: $60 - $65 /hr.

  Seeking a qualified School Social Worker to provide social-emotional support, counseling, and care coordination services to students in a school setting. The Social Worker will collaborate with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to address behavioral, emotional, and social needs.
  
  Responsibilities
  Assess students' social, emotional, behavioral, and environmental needs.
  Provide individual and group counseling and supportive services.
  Develop and implement appropriate intervention and support plans.
  Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and healthcare professionals.
  Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral support, and resource coordination.
  Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with applicable requirements.
  Support student safety, well-being, and educational success.
  Qualifications
  Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related qualification as required.
  Appropriate Colorado licensure/certification for school social work.
  Experience working with children, adolescents, or school-age populations preferred.
  Strong communication, assessment, counseling, and care coordination skills.
