Are you a Missouri-licensed social worker looking for a flexible, meaningful opportunity to support young adults with disabilities, special needs, or neurodiversity?

Social Work p.r.n. is seeking a Part-Time School Social Worker to join a Kansas City-area transition program that helps young adults successfully move from high school into employment, adult life, and/or independent living.

As part of a multidisciplinary transition team, you will:

• Coach and provide guidance to professionals working with students

• Provide social work expertise related to IEP goals and transition planning

• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student success

• Help strengthen strategies that promote independence and successful transitions into adulthood

The schedule is flexible with no set hours, but availability during daytime hours is required.
