About the Role
Hello School Social Workers! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time School Social Worker for the 2026-2027 school year in the Champlin, MN area. What You'll Do
Provide school social worker services in the school setting
Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
Master's Degree in School Social Work
Active Minnesota School Social Worker License through PELSB
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
