Ready to make a meaningful impact while supporting student success? Cross Country Education is seeking dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) for full-time and part-time opportunities in the Naples and Immokalee, FL areas during the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:
Provide high-quality, in-person speech-language therapy services to a diverse K–12 student caseload.
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders while supporting students' academic success and functional communication.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (DOH/DOE)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
Ability to provide in-person services and adapt to school-day schedules across educational settings
