SAGE Dining Services is hiring a full-time Line Server to join our team at a private school in Plano, TX. We're looking for a motivated, reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a positive, energetic attitude. Because we serve young children, patience, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor are essential.This role supports a high-volume dining program featuring elevated cuisine and multiple service concepts, with a strong emphasis on quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:Experience with high-volume catering or buffet-style service, ideally with elevated cuisineBasic food preparation skills, including safe and efficient knife handlingAbility to quickly assess daily tasks and follow direction from the Front of House leadStrong multitasking skills, including setting up for service and preparing for the next dayExcellent time management, organization, and a strong sense of urgency and efficiencyFriendly, team-oriented approach when interacting with both coworkers and the school communityMaintain a professional yet approachable attitude, easy to work with, positive, and respectful at all timesSchedule: Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Occasional evenings and catering events
