School Secretary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our school team! You will oversee the

implementation and development of new systems to streamline administrative functions at our

school.

Responsibilities:

● Populate and maintain the school management system to be up to date

● Assist student counselor and principal in setting up, inputting and retrieving accurate

student academic records

● Oversee electronic school communications in various platforms (emails, apps)

● Assist and oversee enrollment procedures with administrators and communicate with

families accordingly

● Assist in front office organization and accessibility to forms, documents and supplies

needed by staff

● Greet and assist onsite guests

● Answer inbound telephone calls

● Perform other office tasks

● Uphold and respect the schools religious values, beliefs and senstivities in

communications and interactions with all students, families and personnel

Qualifications:

● Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

● Previous experience with school management systems a plus (e.g. Skyward, Infinite

Campus etc)

● Ability to prioritize and multitask

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong organizational skills
